Your tasks
You work in a fast-growing, international company and play a key role in the data evaluation and plausibility monitoring of our charging processes.
- Analysing and ensuring the relevant data quality of our roaming partners via various interfaces.
- Evaluation of data from various systems (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Metabase)
- Establishment and further development of monitoring in order to proactively counteract errors
- Conceptual design and operative processing of the plausibility monitoring of our charging processes
- Processing of incidents with internal/external stakeholders
- Creation of reports to support internal departments
- Contributing to the optimisation of our internal and external processes
Your profile
This is what you should bring with you as an Operations Manager:
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Strong technical understanding and interest in IT, energy and electrical engineering
- Good understanding of databases (SQL) and software systems
- Analytical and systematic thinking and acting
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
- Affinity with e-mobility and sustainability issues
